Yes, with LocalClarity, there are multiple ways to be notified when your business receives a one star (or any star) review.
Platform Notification
To be notified within the platform, head to Reviews-Automate.
ReviewsInbox-Automate From there you can create a When/If statement where every time a new review is received, with a one star rating, a specific user can be notified within the platform. This workflow works well for responding to reviews quickly within the platform, but what if outside notification is needed?
Email Notification
To notify via email, head to Settings-Report Management, and New Report.
Settings-Report Management-New Report Within report creation, select your email recipient(s) and change:
Report Type = Review
Schedule Type = Real time notifications
Star Rating = 1
There are other optional filters you can apply if needed, such as Location, Entity Tag, Country, etc.
Select 'Create new report' and your recipients will now receive real time email notifications whenever a one star review is received.
