Can I use LocalClarity to email or text request reviews?

The LocalClarity platform offers an ever-expanded suite of resources to help businesses of all sizes optimize their local search listings and manage their review flow. We do not, however, currently offer functionality that sends emails or text messages from our platform to solicit new reviews.

We fully appreciate the value businesses can derive from additional customer reviews, but we can best support your business goals by offering functionality that doesn’t also require the sharing of your customers’ personal private data such as names, email, and phone numbers.

Instead, we’re excited to work with you to craft strategies that you can implement within your existing customer interactions to request reviews filled with the comments used by search engines to justify additional (and often higher) local search and map ranking.

Feel free to reach out to hello@localclarity.com to discuss your unique needs.
