Do you track social media comments from Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. ?


The LocalClarity platform is designed to aggregate "structured" customer feedback for multi-location businesses, franchises, chains, member organizations, institutions, and the agencies that serve them.

The key element of that description is the reference to structured feedback that includes a specific set of data, thus allowing clients to aggregate data across platforms to understand performance at the national, regional, state, city, or individual location level.

The minimum data set is:

  • Date

  • Location

  • Reviewer Name

  • Rating Score

  • Comment

Most consumer comments on Social Media platforms lack the "rating score" required to aggregate and evaluate the feedback. It's for this reason that LocalClarity does not currently aggregate general unstructured commentary on social media platforms.

We do have current plans to incorporate the social media platforms that started to expand into "Local". In the coming months you should expect to see major announcements for integrations with Instagram, with future connections to TikTok and Twitter.
