Does LocalClarity offer directory citation management?

Does LocalClarity offer directory citation management?

In short, "No".

LocalClarity is built around a nearly fanatical focus on ROI. Each element of functionality built into the platform is designed to provide clients with value that far exceeds the associate cost. Strictly adhering to this approach also means that we don't offer functionality incapable of generating commensurate value. Traditional directly listings management (i.e., pushing the NAP+W of your locations to 60+ outdated and unvisited directories) is one of those offerings.

We full appreciate that these directory listings did provide value before the ascendancy of Google Business Profiles (i.e., pre 2018) and that even today a single directory push might offer a minor benefit to a small businesses looking to establish their initial digital presence.

Established multi-location brands, however, only gain value from search engines, social platforms, and industry specific portals where their current and potential customers engage and communicate.  Google has evolved passed the idea that a 20 year old directory with no consumer activity can influence map ranking order.

Brands can easily see cumulative GBP Knowledge Panels views that are 10 times their total website visits each month. Their local search presence on Google is their primary web presence. We recommend that all businesses that find themselves in competitive industries (in other words, everyone) focus their energies on wining were new customers can be found and should therefore receive the corresponding attention.

Making certain that each location has accurate, current, and complete listing detail, plus engaging posts, reviews, and images on Google, Facebook, Bing, Apple and real industry verticals (Yelp, TripAdvisor) is the foundation of a strategy designed to maximize the digital value of real-world store locations.

We would be more than happy to share the industry research that supports our ROI driven decision on this offering. Please reach out to Client Success or email us at hello@localclarity.com to schedule a time to discuss our strategic approach.
