How do I download all my reviews?
There are two ways to download your reviews from the platform. The first way is in the ReviewsInbox™. In the top left you can select the date range for the reviews in which you want to download. Then, in the top right corner hit the download icon and your download will begin. Please note, that if you are downloading more than 100 reviews, the file will be sent via email due to it's size. Also, this will download your reviews from all sources. What if you only want reviews from one source?
In the settings tab, select Data Downloads. Up top will be Review Download. Once again you can select your desired date range. Here however, there is a Select Source dropdown. You can select All, or a specific source, such as Google. Select download and the same rules apply, over 100 reviews will be sent to your email.
