How do I extend the dates of my auto-response campaign(s)?

In the event that your auto-response campaign has expired, extending the date range is a simple and easy process.

  1. Within Settings, go to our Campaign Builder tab,

  2. Click on the Edit pencil icon to edit the campaign you wish to extend,

  3. On Step 1, under 'Campaign date range' you can add a new Start Date and End Date for your campaign, and Save.
