How do I remove a Google Post that has been left in queue?

It is important to understand why it is difficult to delete something that is in queue. When assisting in uploading multiple posts from multiple profiles, we use a queue construct  to make sure all of the information being uploaded is validated and fits Googles guidelines. To stop this validation process when it has been partially uploaded can cause issues for those that have uploads waiting in the queue. That is why under the  Manage/ History section of Posts you cannot delete posts in Queue. You can view what part of the upload process your Google Post was caught on, but you cannot remove it until it has been fully uploaded to Google.

You are able to click the eye icon to see where the in the upload process the post may be. Please remember, depending on the volume of locations you are posting to, it can take several minutes for posts to go from step two: Progress, to step three: Validate & Schedule.

If it has been over ten minutes after uploading and you seen any progress from step two to three, it is safe to assume that there was a field of information in the file that has prevented the upload process from continuing. We are working on a better upload process to help users identify any missing fields of information crucial to a successful upload process.

Until that process has been updated, please reach out to Support@localclarity.com if you are experiencing files being left in Queue. We can take a look as to what may be causing this and will provide insights how to successfully upload and post to Google.
