How do I set up billing?

All billing controls are handled within the application, from initial signup to accessing invoices to updating credit card details.

How to Set-Up Billing

Typically, towards the last half of your free trial, a LocalClarity team member will reach out to inform you of the date that your trial is set to expire, along with what your monthly subscription rate would be.
Users are also welcome to reach out for a quote anytime during their trial, and may also request to subscribe before their trial expires.

Signing-Up

In the last part of the trial, we will add a subscription link to your profile, which is visible only to the billing owner when they login.




This link takes them to our subscription page, which displays our standard billing structure.
Using the 'Subscribe' button on that page, they can see the full billing details for their account, and will be able to put a credit card on file to begin.



Subscription rates are determined by the net number of locations. For more details on this, read our article: How is the number of billable locations determined?
