How do I update my billing information?

Changing out billing information, such as credit card details, can be done at any time through the platform.

To update billing details, you will first need to login using your (the billing owner) email address. Next, we'll go to the subscription profile - If you need help locating which profile this is, just ask! From there,

  1. Click on Settings (blue wrench icon), then go into the Billing tab,

  2. Once in Billing, you will see a tab for Payment Preferences,

  3. Using the pencil icon on the the left side of the Update Card, you can update billing details.
