How far back do reviews go?

How far back do reviews go?

LocalClarity accesses and indexes all available review data made available by the review platform. For Google and Facebook, that means pulling in as much as 15 years of customer feedback (the oldest review in LocalClarity is from 2004).

All of your data can be viewed within the Review Dashboard in the application. In our top navigation bar, you can view the data in either a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly construct, and set the time frame for however long or short as you want. If you want to go back that far, we recommended setting the granularity to monthly reporting.
