How to Delete a Sent Response

How to Delete a Sent Response

At times it may be necessary to delete a review response, from one newly published to an older response that may no longer be valid. The LocalClarity platform makes it easy to delete any response connected through an authorized  integration such as Google, Facebook, and TrustPilot.

Reviews that are connected through a direct integration can respond straight within the application and can also delete previously sent responses, just the same.

How to delete a response:
  1. Go to the Sent box in the ReviewsInbox™, you can see each reviews details in the right hand panel.
  2. Select the review whose response you wish to delete, Click on the three vertical dots
  3. Use the trashcan icon to delete your response.

Responses typically take between 1-2 minutes to remove from Google. Their removal can be confirmed by going to the GMB page and finding the review in question.
