How to update my Appointment Link in Bulk
Whether you are a restaurant updating your menus links, or a service that requires appointments, it is critical to update the links to schedule or share information with your clients. Unfortunately for Google there is no means of updating these links other than manually going into each Google Business Profile location and updating the link.
But with LocalClarity, we offer bulk workflow functionality that allows you to update your appointment links in minutes, not hours.
Once you are logged into the platform, go to the Manage Location in Bulk section. From there select the GMB Attributes button.
Within a minute, a live spreadsheet will load with all of your location details. Click on the URL tab at the bottom of the screen, this will show now your locations in the rows of your spreadsheet.
You can update the columns by copying and pasting links. Column D is for Appointment links and Column F is for menu links. Feel free to explore this section as we have multiple columns for all of your business link needs.
*You will need to use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V for all of the information you will be copying and pasting into the live spreadsheet.
Once you have pasted the appropriate links in the correct columns, go to the right hand corner of the page and press the update button.
You now have successfully updated your appointment list in bulk for all locations. Congratulations
