I see two integration options for Booking.com, which should I select?
***As of early 2023, Booking.com has canceled its API program. We are working with them on their new program which might offer similar functionality by indexing reviews into the platform, timeline is TBD***
The LocalClarity platform currently supports two methods to connect to your Booking.com reviews, direct authorization and public indexing. You can see below the choices presented in the Settings > Integrations section marks as Authorized and Indexed.

Which Should You Choose?
If you have full authorization control over the Booking.com account, we strongly recommend that you select the Authorized connection as this gives you all of the review data (not just the last 30 days) and provide much more control to directly respond to the reviews from within the LocalClarity platform.
