What data is being displayed on the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is an aggregated view of the different data points across all locations within the profile you are viewing. While all the data is important, we are going to point out a couple of the data points that could be especially helpful.
  • Top Countries, Areas, and Localities - This set of tables displays what areas are receiving the most reviews and the average rating of those reviews. If an area or locality receives a lot of reviews, but the average rating is quite low, you can dig in to the data a little deeper to better understand how those locations can improve.
  • What actions do customers take - When customers find you in the SERP, what actions do they take once there. This graph not only displays what percentage of searches result in using the driving directions, going to the website, or calling, but it also shows a trended view of the data. In the example below, we can see that customers call the store more on the weekends and there is a drop during the week.
