How many saved replies can I have in my Profile?

 *Each profile can currently hold up to 200 distinct templates for each of the five star rating designations for a total of 1000 templates.

How do I make saved replies?

To create a saved templated response start in your ReviewsInbox™, scroll down the left hand navigation to 'Saved Replies' and select.

 

Once in this section, in the upper left side, click on 'Add saved reply'. A window will appear and ask you to Select the Star Rating of the Saved Reply along with the Title and the templated response itself. Once these details are added, click 'Yes Continue'. You have now added a Templated Reply for future use. 



Utilizing saved replies

In your ReviewsInbox™,, select any open review you would like to reply to. Select the blue button labeled "Replies'. 



From there, a window will open showing all of your saved replies you have built up. Select the one that best fits the needs of the review and questions. This response will automatically paste to the reply space for you. Once reviewed you can click 'Post Reply'. 



You have now successfully replied to a review using a Saved Templated Reply!
